Why is it so hard to conceive?!

Question

I've been trying for two long years and nothing yet! I got pregnant once before about 6 years ago I miscarried.  I already talked to my OBGYN and he took a blood test and said I do ovulate. My BF has two kids from a previous relationship. I tried preseed my last cycle and that hasn't worked yet, but I'm not giving up on that yet. I also do ovulation kits. Idk what more to do I want to go to a fertility doctor but my medical don't cover that! It's just heart breaking every month I get a disappointment. I just really want a baby of my own. Any advice welcomed.

I can't give you any advice but I can sympathize with you. My bf and I are TTC and still haven't been able to. What is preseeding? We really want a child and neither of us have any children.we are becoming very disappointed, we r starting to lose hope. Do u have any advice? Anyone.

I Know Exactly Wut Ur Going Thru For The Last 3 Yrs My Hubby & I Had Been Trying & I Wuznt Getting Pregnant. I Became So Frustrated Over Not Being Able To Conceive That I Thought I Would Never Get Pregnant. So Finally About 3 Months Ago I Went To A Fertility Doctor & Had A HSG Procedure Done On My Ueteras. They Basically Flush Out Ur Tubes So That The Sperm Has Better Access To Travel To Ur Eggs. The Crazy Thing Is A Few Days After I Had The Procedure I Ovulated & Conceived & Here I Am 8wks 6dys & We Just Found Out I Wuz Pregnant Last Week. I Keep Thinking That If We Hadn't Of Went To The Fertility Specialist & Got Ourselves Checked Out & Took The Classes They Give We Still Would Be Frustrated. My Advice Is Seek Out A Good Fertility Specialist Becuz All U May Need Is For Ur Womb To Be Prepared. Good Luck & Stay Encouraged Don't Give Up!

I completely understand how you both feel. My hubby and I have been together for 6 years . We both have a child from previous marriages. Our girls are both 11yrs old. We have been ttc for 4-5 years and found out about 2 years he has a low count. I have put him on lots of vitamins that are suppose to help raise his count and his testosterone. Every time I see someone pregnant or who has a baby I start feeling depressed and so sad that it's hard to break out of my slump. I was married to an abusive man and my pregnancy was not fun and enjoyable like it should have been. Why can't my new husband, who is a great man and has taken my daughter as his own, and I conceive? There are tons of people who don't want children but have babies like candy one right after the other. What makes it way worse is I work at a women's hospital that specializes in birthing babies and c section. So my days are not happy. I wish you two baby dust and hopefully God will bless you both soon.
