Weight gain
This is my second pregnancy, my first pregnancy my pre prego weight was 117 and by the time I gave birth at 33 weeks I was 175lbs 🙈, this time around I am 28 weeks and I have gained 31lbs already weighing 149 with my pre prego weight 118...wondering if increasing my water intake and how much I walk a day will help maintain a healthy weight until I give birth. I'm very short (5'1) so I don't want to be doing anything to make me stretch out more then what i should be. Any tips ?
