Am I dreaming/seeing things???! 🌈

**Update..just had light brown discharge (which I always get before AF arrives)...I took another test and the line showed up stronger. Should I be worried about the discharge? I feel dizzy which I did when I last got pregnant but I also have the slight twinges that I get before AF arrives. So confused..3 tests taken..all BFP. My last AF was 26th December so 4.5 weeks ago..

No I’m not in any pain..slight niggles here and there. The discharge seems to have stopped for now and HCG levels were 536 yesterday which I think is ok for 4 weeks. I’m taking progesterone so hoping that helps 🤞🏻

Thank you so much 😊 my only symptom has been dizziness so far which reminded me of how I felt when I first got pregnant back in September (we lost our little bean to Acrania in November 😓). So this will be our rainbow baby 🌈 I also felt hungrier than usual yesterday (I never wake up hungry!) Also some mild cramping which made me convinced I was getting my period soon but I know the two can be confused.
