Me and my girlfriend have been trying to get pregnant for a while she had a miscarriage on October 25 and we have been trying to get pregnant again does anyone know any tips for me or anything that might help us

saw this post and there was a good 20 or so people saying they got pregnant after just 1-3 times using this lube (somehow it creates a direct channel for sperm to travel to the eggs) 
most of the women either had miscarriages or just couldn’t get pregnant after a while of trying
