Me and my girlfriend have been trying to get pregnant for a while she had a miscarriage on October 25 and we have been trying to get pregnant again does anyone know any tips for me or anything that might help us ?

Yes my wife started using Clomid 100 mg 
Since Sept of 2018 and She has just missed her period for Feb.. We're praying this is our chance again. Best of luck

Please ask her to check the ratios of her hormones. Testosteron to estriol and especially estrone to progesteron. Low livels of progesteron in first 3 months can lead to that if the corpus lutheum did not produce enough to sustain the uterine lining.
