Discharge the morning of the 23rd later that evening boobs became sore and felt a few dull twinges near my left ovary

Picture taken tonight... seems to be very similar to the above but much more white but can still stretch it a bit sooo did I ovulate on the 23rd or...? My boobs have been sore since the night of the 23rd on and off plus a few cramps here and there OPINIONS PLEASE
