My period has been very easy to take for the most part. But this month I had my normal period then a week and two days later I started spotting with in 24 hours it went from spotting to heavy  bleeding (like my Normal period). It lasted 6 days total and I had light cramping. Then 3 days after the2nd period I had cramps so bad i ended up taking an actual dr prescribed pain killer. I almost never have cramps and if I do it's so light I barely notice it. Now I'm a little confusing on what this could be.
