Pregnancy symptoms HELP

I’ve gotten 3 positive pregnancy tests. But I’m not really showing signs of pregnancy. Like the other day my boobs hurt. Now they’re okay. Slight tenderness. But completely fine. I’d be 3 weeks. I’m so scared if I’m not showing symptoms something is wrong. Any tips? Personal experiences? Please help.
