Basically what had happened, was my training was supposed to be spread out in a course of 3 months. I wasn’t supposed to be certified till I had finished. They decided to certify me within 2 weeks of me working, and DID NOT follow the training course. Everything I was supposed to learn in 3 months, I HAD to learn in 1. I was taught how to close ONCE before they threw me on ALONE. Struggling, I was breaking down, and I asked for help. They denied me, and WAITED till my 3 months was up to fire me because “I wasn’t improving”. I went from not knowing a damn thing, to running the little hut all by myself, and learning all the drinks by memory within 2 months. That’s not improvement? Fuck you.
