I've had the Kyleena IUD since the summer with no issues to speak of, but I completely skipped my period last month and only had two days of light spotting this month. My first instinct was to freak out so I bought some home pregnancy tests and took all three of them in the span of 2-3 weeks (before, during, and after when I was supposed to get my period) with all negatives. I know the odds of all the tests being wrong plus the birth control failing when I haven't had sex in ages are so small, but I can't help worrying. Have y'all had anything similar happen after ~7 months with the IUD?
