Trying to lose weight.
I want to be a healthy weight. I have thyroid problems so it’s hard for me to lose, I’ve been 210 for 1 year now. I was 280 at my highest but was able to lose 70 pounds fairly quick once I started taking medicine. I’m still on my medicine but have maintained for months now and would like to try to get down to 180 again.
Do any of you guys have tips? I’m always wanting to eat, whether I ate 10 minutes ago or one hour ago. I have a constant hunger it feels like.
I’m allergic to many fruits so can only eat apples, bananas, watermelon, cherry, and grapes. I’m allergic to all berries, oranges, peaches, kiwi, pineapple and grapefruit. So it’s hard for me to sub in fruits.
I’ve recently cut out soda. I’m attempting to cut out tea as well and drink more water. My doctor wants me to go gluten/dairy free due to autoimmune issues but it’s hard! It’s all super expensive. I’ve tried eating less dairy recently (it causes bad stomach problems).
What type of vitamins should I try to take? I’m on a D3 due to my numbers being super low.
