I once watched a myth busters episode on how clean your bed sheets are, and now I’m a once a week girl. The fecal, urine, other body fluid, and skin shedding was more than enough to traumatize me for life looool. CHANGE THE SHEETS!!! Oh and make sure you put your toothbrush minimum 5 feet from the toilet 😬💩🤮☠️
