Where to arrange furniture??

Question

Husband finally got the crib together but now I’m at a loss on where to put the furniture. Now that everything is set up I’m realizing the room is smaller than it seemed before. More rectangle the square to and where the window is it limits my options. Anyone have any ideas? Crib has to stay on the wall it’s on as my daughters crib is in the next room and I don’t want them against the same wall.

The 4th wall is just closet

I think the way you have it makes sense. Changing table is nearer the closet and there’s space for a diaper pail if you want. And your glider is near the window which will be nice for you to look out. I like that blue! Very pretty.

If it were me, I would completely remove that wooden thing in the corner. Move my glider to that corner on an angle in towards the room. Center the crib on that wall. Next to the crib I would have a little wire basket and put little stuffed animals or something. On the side with the changing table I would center it between the rocker and end of the wall. Then add my diaper pail and laundry basket. The super dark walls make the room look smaller so when I went shopping for drapes I would be sure to get a light color. I would also use artwork to add pops of brightness. By the rocker I would put geometric shelf boxes staggered to add visual appeal. Above the crib I would probably do some sort of rough whitewashed barn wood with either a saying or name.
