Flu 🤒?

Been having fevers/chills the past few nights and feeling really tired and achy. Vomited two nights ago. My doc didn’t seem too concerned And said to take Tylenol. I’m just worried about my little babe. I’m 37 and 4 today and did get my flu shot.

If you have a fever that can’t be brought down by Tylenol, go to the doctor/hospital. My sister was just released and tested positive for the flu at 31 weeks, she also had the flu shot. They couldn’t get her fever down, baby’s heart rate was over the 200s and couldn’t lower it. They thought she was turning septic and would have to deliver her early. Being sick while pregnant is not something to mess around with.

I don’t mean to sound like a wives tale lady but it could be your body gearing up for labor too. With my first son for like a week prior to having him i was run down my body hurt I was feeling sick intermittent chills and it was early August so I assumed allergies. I would just say try and rest when you can drink a lot of fluids like way more than you think you need and try and eat healthier foods. I am sorry you’re not feeling well I hope you get better soon!!!

If you vomited that sounds like a gastrointestinal virus, there is one going around right now. Influenza is a respiratory virus.
