Fitness/ Weight loss during pregnancy ?
Hi ladies I am looking for some tips, advice, personal stories from anyone who has or is starting their pregnancy overweight but decided that they wanted to be healthier instead of spiral out of control while pregnant. I am not looking for a crash diet or anything. Just a healthy way to maintain weight/ keep it down this time around. I didn’t gain a lot with my first only about 20-25 lbs but I was a little overweight to begin with. This time around I only have lost about 10 lbs from that initial weight gain. I am only 5’2” but know I weight somewhere around 210. I hold most of my weight in my belly and thighs. I had just started a weightloss routine (diet and exercise) before my BFP but I know that I shouldn’t over do it.
