I'm lacking sleep at night because my nipples hurt so bad. Just my nipples.... if I turn on my side they kill. My stomach... forget about it. My back still hurt. I can't sleep😭
First time mom here. Is this normal? I'm 13w3d today...

i had this pretty early on and i am large chested, someone suggester cotton soft maternity bras at night and they have been a life saver

My nipples hurt a ton until 14 weeks. It stopped for a while, but now at 19w4d it’s back!

If you don’t mind a wet bra I just soak a nipple pad in water and freeze it before bed- then I put it in my bra and it works wonderssssssssss you wake up with wet titties but the relief is worth it

Idk if it’s normal but it’s happening to me! They are constantly screaming at me, I’ve found no relief other than my husband sucking on them 😂😂😂!!
