Yesterday afternoon my husband and I went to our first ever ultrasound. I was nervous because I hadn’t been able to drink the whole 34oz of water they wanted beforehand, just 17oz, but it was perfect because the pictures were so clear. FHR was 117 and the tech said everything looks great. I was most excited to get a due date because my cycles were ridiculous (40+ days and irregular) before this. She said I was 7 weeks and the baby was measuring 6w5d so all good 👌🏻 Due date estimation was a bit of a range because of my cycles, so she said Aug 29-Sept 16. I hope we can narrow it down more soon. There’s a private scan company near us that also does the sneak peek gender test at 9 weeks so we’re planning on making an appointment for that in about 3 weeks. So incredibly exciting!! Anyone go for their first ultrasound recently?!
