Hungry
What are all of you eating?? I’m hungry all of the time and was told I’m eating too many carbs throughout the day....
Breakfast:
7:30am cereal with 2% milk
9:30am Greek yogurt with granola
Lunch:
12/12:30pm birds eye frozen protein blends
Snack:
2pm fruit either strawberries and blueberries or mandarin oranges
3:30/4:
Entenmanns little bites brownies or muffins
Dinner
6/6:30: usually a protein, vegetable (lately it’s been broccoli, spinach or Brussel sprouts)
I am a vegetarian so I don’t eat meat. But I eat cheese and eggs if they’re mixed into something.
I wasn’t told by my doctor that I’m eating too many carbs I was told by family... they suggested eating more cheese and nuts instead of muffins or cereal
