Breastfeeding with a cold! HELP please!!!

I am EBF my 3 month old baby. Yesterday, I started getting sick and am super congested. I also have a 2 year old toddler who is just getting over a viral infection. Anyways, I’m barely sleeping and so run down as it is without being sick and now the sickness has hit me. Is it safe to take Mucinex while breastfeeding? I’ve read that Sudafed can decrease supply and not to take any medicines like Tylenol Cold etc.
