BBT Timing Trouble
It seems impossible to take my temperature at the same time every day and I’m just wondering how much it matters. I am getting healthy/losing weight so drinking a ton of water during the day and also doing keto. I’m constantly waking up to pee in the night at least once maybe twice. Also my husband’s alarm goes off for work anywhere from 4 to 5 am and then my toddler is also a factor. Some nights she sleeps through the night and some nights i have to go in her room and comfort her. Anyways, I’ve been taking my temp at the first wake up regardless of the time because t May be the only time i get 4 straight hours of sleep. Is my chart still accurate? I
