I got it put in exactly 3 years ago today. They gave me a card at the doctors saying January 26th 2019 is like the "expired" date I guess that what I would call it but it's a Saturday so I can't just get this taken out and a new one put in and by time I get my records from one doctor to another it'll probably be the end of next week. Will I be okay to still have sex? Should I get condoms? I've read that some girls have had it and when they go to get it removed the doctors tell them they can leave it in for another year? Is that true?
