Question

Anyone else experiencing hip pain ? It’s been all of a sudden lately in the last week or two . I have to flip from one side to the other at night more often because I’m waking up in pain from laying on that side . Then I get up waddling to the bathroom which I’m also seeming to have to go pee more but it’s just trickling out ?? 
I’m guessing it’s all third trimester fun 😏 but I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same .

Hip pain, YES I have to wake up and do a three point roll over. It’s too much of an effort to do it asleep now. If I lay on one side too long my hip really hurts 😬 it’s just the excess weight and looser joints/ligaments. The peeing I don’t really have though xx

I'm definitely experiencing these things. Hips hurt at night and have to pee all the time even though I don't go a lot. I think it's just third trimester stuffs. Not fun but we're getting closer.

I'm with you! Doing anything for an extended period of time seems to make my hips feel super stiff and it hurt so bad! Sleep, sitting, walking for too long. Yep.

My dr said to heat or stretch before bed but the heat made me really stiff. I know have a million pillows propping me up so less pressure is on my hips. That’s relieved some pain but some nights are still worst than others

Yep, I’m experiencing the same thing! 35 weeks tomorrow.

I was in a lot of pain for many weeks, it was so difficult to sleep! A friend recommended a maternity pillow. I was afraid it would be a waste of money but I’m so glad I followed her advice; I feel sooo much better!

Yep 😭 I have been stretching at night, which helps to sleep better. Dr also told me to get a foam roller, however haven’t done that yet....

Hip pain... the reason I don’t sleep!!! I lay on my sides but then my hips start cramping up and hurting and no matter what I do it’s like it won’t go away, I can’t get comfortable!
