Hi guys, I’m all new to this. But I’ve been trying to get pregnant for over 2years now. I’ve had 2 miscarriages 2 ectopics one resulting in me losing my Fallopian tube an twins 😢. I already have a beautiful little girl who is nearly 4.. but we just want to extend our family now an for our daughter to have a sibling. I’ve done 3 ovulation tests an today is positive, but I’m experiencing cramping an dull ache on my left side have I missed it? According to glow ovulation day is tomorrow.
