Could I be pregnant?

I've been having white creamy discharge for a while now and today my period was supposed to be today and I still didn't get it although I had wa very light pink discharge around 10:00 then it stopped so I out a period pad on and then I just checked and it was bone dry... We did have woohoo yesterd... I've been taking my prenatal vitamins
