Late period/bfn

I had a miscarriage on June AF showed up July no period August and I'm always regular my period is 4 days late and I took pregnancy tests I keep getting BFN I've been sick my boobs hurts I get creamy white discharge but still negative I'm so confused.who else is having this problem??
