Start doing not just weekly nst but twice a week nst. 😒 literally my life is going to be at the doctors office. I had to do weekly nst with my second but it was just once a week not twice. 🙄

My midwife recommended twice a week for me as well but I told her I don’t think it’s necessary just because of my age. She agreed and had no problem with me skipping it, just said they are required to recommend it.

I'm in the same boat but it makes my weeks go by faster since I dont work. I have 2 ultrasounds and 2 nsts a week and I see the doctor every 2 weeks and my high risk doctor 1a month for now. It sucks my high risk doctor is 2 hours away but at least that is only 1 a month.

I started them 2x a week 2 weeks ago (32weeks) and this coming week I'll do NST 2x a week and an ultrasound every week
