Sore throat. Can ob help?

Is a sore throat something my ob can check for me? Or do I need to find a GP?

Answer

Any non-pregnancy related concern like colds, flu, etc go to your GP.
Please don’t take a sore throat which could be a virus or flu, into an OB’s office full of pregnant women and young babies.

I was told by my GP that during pregnancy If there’s anything else sickness wise I’ll see my OB.
