It worked for a little while, but I gradually stopped using it. I started using talc-free powder foundation and eating clean and drinking tons of water! Now I just wash my face with water and clean my eye makeup off with Vaseline! NO acne! I rarely get a breakout (by that, I mean even 1 pimple) and my skin looks better than ever!
I'm telling you, eating well, drinking water, and not caking your face in makeup helps A TON!!!

It worked for me big time, but my skin became dependent on it and the lotion after a while so i stopped using it, but the acne never came back.

The other side of that, is a friend of mine used it, and it messed her skin up very badly. It took months for the redness and blotching to go away.

I think it really depends on what type of acne you have. I suffered with nodular acne for a good 10 years of my life and the only thing that helped was Accutane (really hard on your skin, and a bad rep for birth defects if you get pregnant, but it works). Proactiv didn't touch mine. But topical acne I heard is a different story and people have had better results with fighting topical with Proactiv.
