Is this fever and should i be worried yesterday around 11 she had a fever of 103 but i gave her Tylenol and it went down to 101 it’s 101 ever since she doesn’t feel very warm and she seems perfectly fine she just a little warm so do you think i should worry ? She is 15 months

Also my house it’s very warm because it’s cold very cold where i live and they are giving heather

She getting her back teeth also but besides the fever she seems totally fine
