Am I having a miscarriage ?

I had my first blood test on Wednesday and my hcg levels were 406. Today I see this. Am I having a miscarriage?
I am 4 weeks and 6 days. No cramping.

Has it gotten any heavier?  It’s hard to say some people get spotting but that’s how it’s started with my chemical

My miscarriage did start out like that, but a lot of women have spotting in early pregnancy. Either way, I would give your doctor a call!

I would say that's typical spotting. I've had 4 miscarriages and with each any every one I've bled heavier than a period, passed insane amounts of tissue, and has painful cramping. If you have any of that, that would be a big indication of miscarriage. Spotting in the first trimester or in general is normal. Your uterus is stretching. Your cervix is very sensitive. The baby is growing! If you are only getting that while wiping and having no cramping at all, I wouldn't suspect a miscarriage. Stay hydrated. Stay calm. And breathe. ❤️
