So, My fiancè and I have been together for almost 3 years, we’ve been having unprotected sex for about a year and a bit after I completely stopped my pill because I was never consistently taking it anyway. We are both ready for a baby, but given the age gap and the fact we’ve already been having unprotected sex for a little bit over a year I’m a little worried... should I be worried? Or should I just sit back and relax and be patient a little more. My fiancé is 42 and I’m 20.

Any advice would be great because I can’t help but worry from time to time and seeing all my friends fall pregnant just like that and I haven’t sometimes upsets me.
