IUD help

Got my Mirena removed December 17th had a normal period December 17th and Miss one day on my period in January started the 21st instead of the 20th and it only went for 2days and half .. had unprotected sex a lot before my before on the 20th could this be a irregular period from the removal of the IUD ?
