Perm my shoulder length hair?

I don’t have a picture but my hair is shoulder length. I love curling my hair but I never curl my hair ever because i just don’t have the energy or time. Are perms worth it?

Dont do it, it's bad for your hair and isnt the same curl as u do. Your hair will also be up.to your chin probably. Its maintenance just like coloring your hair to keep the perm up

Maybe look into a digital perm. Depends on the area you’re in, but it’s an Asian thing, I believe. The curls come out looking like beachy cascade curls.
