Help with my ex

I'm only coming to you for advice.

So I have a daughter with my ex husband he is supposed to get her every other weekend but I have been working with him since he lives 2 hours away and she's not in school. Well here's my dilemma every time she's when him he'll spend a couple days with him and then he will send her to her grandparents house. You may think that's not a problem but one they don't make her listen she does what ever she wants whenever she want. 2 the environment they live in is not healthy frankly I think its nasty. I'm wondering if I should just make him have her every other weekend and holiday or what I should do. Please not negative comments I'm only asking because I'm lost and don't know what to do.
