Have you taken a test? If you’re already 4 days late, most HPT’s should yield accurate results.. Implantation takes place a few days prior to your next expected period, not afterwards. It’s likely the start of your period, unfortunately 😔.
If you are pregnant, it’s likely the bleeding is due to something else other than implantation..Unless, of course your cycle has changed(perhaps you ovulated later than normal).

Implantation bleeding is rare as I was told and I also just had the same problems with the exact same thing on the tissue but AF came a day later, I’d say give it a couple more days baby dust to you 💙✨
