Personally I think 13 is too young. 
I didn’t even know what a clitoris was until I was 16 🤦🏻‍♀️😂
I just think that sort of sexual activity isn’t something a 13 year old should worry about or entertain. Everyone is different, as far as I am aware sex toys aren’t age restriction. It just depends on companies policies.

Personally I think it's ok and better than having sex too young. The urges are there and no less real than anyone else's. I don't understand the people saying you're too young. Just keep in mind if you have conservative parents they could punish you for having such a device.

Well honestly are you even able to buy one at that age? I know you can't go online or in a sex store. Maybe your local Walmart?
