Hi, I am absolutely devastated about this miscarriage at 11 weeks. We saw the heart beat at 9, the doctor said “everything looks great, the heart beat is strong” and then we proceeded as normal to prepare for the baby. Well, at 11 weeks I went in for some bleeding and there was no heart beat. I am having trouble accepting that there will be no baby come August, and I can’t stop thinking I did something wrong.

I delivered the baby this morning. My question is how long will I bleed for? When will my period return? And when/how do I go about trying again? 😭
