I started vitex and maca root the day I came off my period but the only fertile cm I have had fell 6 days after my period ended, was watery/sticky but not raw egg white like but the rest of my days have been so dry with little creamy cm.. I have had strange symptoms like nausea every day and diarrhoea for a few days, boobs swollen and nipples a little tender? I’m now bloated and have had a sore stomach for a few days like pulling sensation and AF cramping kinda style? Anyone had the same/similar? I’m now 9 days away from a period...
