Constipation
Sorry to be crude ladies but I'm 6wk 1day and constipation is killing me! (Along with super sore/sensitive boobs, nausea and exhaustion)! I don't remember any of this when I had my first baby?! How are you ladies dealing with it? Any help would be much appreciated xx
