Did I just release 2 eggs?!

Question

So I had a few moments of somewhat intense lower back pain the day I was ovulating. I mentioned it to my grandmother and she's convinced I just released two eggs and will be having twins, mostly because I've never experienced that in all my child-bearing years. Has anyone ever heard/experienced back pain during ovulation that was related to having twins? Or has my grandmother lost her mind? 😂

I always have lower back pain during ovulation, I have 3 kids but no twins. Maybe an old wives tale??

Even if two eggs were released there’s no guarantee both would be fertilized or implant. I had six the cycle I got pregnant, just one caught.
