Mamas what should I do about this? I just noticed these little dots on my sons back and chest this morning. Could it just be eczema?

My daughter had that before and when I had the pediatrician look at it he said it was heat rash.

Probably just a heat rash. Your LO also looks pretty new, their skin is probably just adjusting. Mine had that a lot(and still does occasionally). I just put a drop of lavender essential oil in a bit of coconut oil and rub her down every night before bed.

My son looked the same for a few days. It’s probably roseola. It went away within a week, completely harmless.

No, eczema is big splotches that are raised. Yours looks more like chicken pox or a rash.
