Me and my SO have been ttc for about 10 months now.

This month I’m having very irregular symptoms and I’m getting worried it might be something serious. My last period started 01/8 and I ovulated on 01/21 and last night I noticed some spotting. Today, I started bleeding like I would on my period. But it’s 8 days early?

I’ve expressed my concern to my doctor about my painful periods multiple times, but each time they suggested taking more OTC meds. But I’m getting worried now because I have heavy periods and it’s way to early to have it. I notice my breasts have been sore and heavy feeling so I’m very confused.. I need help..

I had a bout that felt like very intense cramps once, I feel mild cramps right now. It’s very pink colored, no clots. Should I see my doctor?
