Sporting; DO I HAVE TO WORRY?!?

Question

I am 13+5 today, I just used the restroom and noticed I started spotting.. 
I called my dr. And he said that of it continues/gets worse to come back. 
I’m nervous, but do I need to worry????

I had a tiny bit of pink spotting like that. Went in that day for an ultrasound. I found out that I have a low lying placenta and a small partial placental tear and am currently on modified bed rest until my next appt next week. Women on here say to not worry, it's normal, etc and maybe for you it is. But I would insist on an ultrasound to see if theres an actual issue. I wouldnt feel comfortable enough with my doctor just saying to not worry unless he actually looked at the baby but again, that's just me after what happened.
