Infectected c section?

So I'm 5 weeks PP and everything has been healing really well except today I went to take a shower and lifted up my excess skin to check out the incision and I had what looked like a zit on my scar. So I washed my hands and drained the puss which there was very little of showered and after word put Neosporin and a bandaid on it. When o changed the bandaid later it began bleeding again so I reapplied Neosporin. I have an appointment on Wednesday but should try and go in sooner? Its a very small area and I cleaned it well but I'm nervous because was a surgical incision so I don't know how deep it is.
