I took a first response this morning and it showed up almost instantly positive but faint. Took another test of a dollar store kind and it came out almost nonexistent any idea why?

Did you use the same urine? If not the urine you used for the dollar store test may have been diluted. If you did use the same urine it probably has to do with the frer being alot more sensitive than the dollar store test.
