i had my first time last Wednesday

, and i've been concerned about something that happened. i'm on birth control, and we used a condom yet when he pulled out after he came the condom was half way off his penis (kind of drooping.) i'm so scared something could've gotten inside. i took a plan b to be sure. could i be pregnant? why did this happen? any information helps, thank you :)
