Anyone else on Team #NoSleep ??
Anyone having trouble sleeping and STAYING on their sides during the night?? I am normally a back and occasionally a side sleeper but only sleeping on my side is ROUGH. I got a pregnancy pillow but it doesn’t help me. It isn’t enough support between my legs and I still wake up in the middle of the night to find myself laying on my back! Last night I made a wall of blankets behind me and put a firmer pillow between my legs...it helped a little but not much.
I am also waking up almost every hour to pee or just lay there 😭😭😭
Any mamas out there have any sleep tips or tricks for me??
