Migraines
I get a hellacious migraine a few days to a week prior to my period. It wipes me completely out, destroys my appetite and makes me extremely sensitive to light, sounds, and smells. I use heated rice bags or ice packs to the back of my neck, hot showers or even burning a stress relief candle and applying the stress relief lotion. Sometimes I have to break down and take migraine medicine it consume caffeine to help combat this issue. How many of my fellow ladies suffer from this? What are some ways y’all deal with it? What has worked? What hasn’t?
