Help me determine if I ovulate please

I have no clue how to reset bbt charts I’ve been doing everything every month for 13 months pre seed lube ovulation sticks now I just need to try and determine if I’m ovulating can you see if I have yet the app says I should on the 30th today is the 26th my last day of my period was the 21st
