HELP!!!

I started my period a couple weeks ago and just found this app.I just turned 13 and i need some advice on hkw to not bleed through all of my clothes!!..And everytime i stand up it feels like blood is just flowing out....I NEED SOME ANSWERS AND ALOT OF HELP...ANYONE WITH EXPERIENCE OR ANY ADVICE WOULD WORK RN!!!
